Do you have a print catalog?
On demand, we do provide the printed catalog for copper beads, findings and chains.
For gemstones, we do not have a printed catalog.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned for store credit for any reason within 14 days of delivery date. Exchanges and refunds are only offered for defective products.
Do you offer wholesale discounts?
Yes, we do offer wholesale discounts. Please contact for more details.

Can I place a wholesale order or make group purchases?
Yes you can . You can add multiple products to your cart . Or you can mail us the product id for placing a bulk order at dev@puritysilverbeads.com
We are primarily a retail business; but wait… we do take up wholesale orders for qualified business customers. So, if you are interested in wholesale, shoot an e-mail with your name, company name, contact info and a list of products you’re interested in to dev@puritysilverbeads.com . We’ll have someone call you and tell you if we can accommodate your needs. We’ll also be happy to assist you with group purchases (corporate, team, etc). Again, send us an e-mail and we’ll revert ASAP. Ok? Ok.
So how do I go about ordering?
The basic requirement to buy a product is creating a login id on the site . This is required for getting your details to ensure an authentic buyer. Login id can be created manually by the user or connecting with social media sites like facebook.

That’s an easy one. First, browse through our collection, take your pick, choose your size, enter the quantity and click on "Shopping Bag". if you think you’re good to go, click on the ’Proceed to Buy’ button, log in or sign up, and then pay!
What’s the sign up procedure?
Sign up procedure includes providing basic information about you. The process is simple. You can directly login using your facebook id too.

Check the top left part of the page, to register/log-in. Once you’ve signed up for an account, you can click on "My Account", to update your mailing address, e-mail ID, e-mail preferences, change your password etc.
What if I don’t want to pay online? They say fraudulent online transactions are on the rise, so I’m not too comfortable doing this.
Our payment gateway is 100% secure . All the payment are through our trusted payment gateway.

Well, you know that fraud can happen anywhere, right? But we understand that you are paranoid. Whatever be your payment option, it goes through secure encrypted connections. If you aren’t comfortable with a credit card payment or net banking, you can always pay on delivery.
How does this Cash on Delivery (COD) thing work?
COD procedure includes making a order online and making payment at the time of delivery . The payment is collected from the customer as the product gets delivered .

It’s simple. You pay cash when the shoes are delivered. But please, pay cash and only cash, which means no cheques or DDs. Don’t pay any additional charges in the form of tip to the courier staff either. Your invoice amount is all inclusive.

Oh and most importantly, please make sure you take our COD confirmation call or respond to our e-mail, within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can call us at 563-BUY-PURE (289-7873) to confirm. Because if you don’t, we wouldn’t be able to go ahead and process your order!
What happens after I place my order?
A confirmation email id is sent to your registered email id. The mail provides information of your placed order .

You receive it.Very soon. But we may call you to confirm the order and your address. So do look out for our call. Like we said, we try 3 times, in case of COD orders. After the 3rd attempt, a COD order may get cancelled, if we do not get a confirmation.

You should receive your order within 3 - 5 days, or less, If not, give us a call on our care no. or mail us at dev@puritysilverbeads.com and we’ll look into it ASAP.
Ok, I’ve placed an order, but is there any way I can cancel it or modify it?
Yes , you can always call our customer care centre or cancel the order in your order history tab .

First things first, get in touch with our customer care, ASAP, with your order details. If your order hasn’t been processed already, we can cancel it and refund your amount or cancel the order in your order history tab. However, if you want to change products, color, size, or even add another product to your current order; you’ll be making life a little difficult for us.

You can modify your billing/shipping address though, till the time the order isn’t confirmed/ processed. How? Easy, peasy! Just call us and give us the updated details.
How can I change my password
You can change your password using Manage your account tab.
I want to make a purchase but my city is not reflecting in your city drop down menu
Please contact customer support by sending an email to dev@puritysilverbeads.com. If your area is serviceable through any of our courier partners, your city will be added to our system within 24hrs.
Do I have to register on purity silver beads?
